EMPLOYMENT TRAINING SERVICES:

Supported Employment Training - Provides competitive integrated employment, including customized employment, or employment in an integrated work setting in which an individual with a most significant disability, including a youth with a most significant disability, is working on a short-term basis toward competitive integrated employment that is individualized, and customized, consistent with the unique strengths, abilities, interests, and informed choice of the individual, including with ongoing support services for individuals with the most significant disabilities.

Employment Training- Provide training to individuals with a disability to obtain or maintain competitive integrated employment, consistent with the unique strengths, abilities, interests, and informed choice of the individual.

OJT- Provide time-limited, individual skill acquisition that can be learned on the job. On-The-Job training occurs in an integrated, community-based employment setting where most of the employees do not have disabilities, and the individual with a disability who is completing the OJT is paid no less than minimum wage and interacts with individuals without disabilities to the same extent that other individuals in comparable positions interact with other persons.
